Guerrero, México
Our property is strategically located within world-class gold-silver belts of Mexico
The San Gabriel project is located in the Southeastern part of the State of Guerrero, approximately 260 km southeast of Acapulco and 4km from the village of Barranca Pañal. The San Gabriel mine is located 10km from a state road (Tlapa-Marquelia).
In the late 80’s and early 90’s, a small 30 ton-per-day flotation mill was constructed on the opposite side of the river from the campsite.
The heavy material was then transported through the river. Approximatively 25Kg of gold was produced from 6,000 tones with an average grade of 5g/ton Au processed. The mill operated at a rate of 25 tpd for at least 8 months
From Guerrero to Jalisco, there is a series of Porphyry Copper-Gold Systems (including skarn and epithermal deposits) that form a deposit belt of more than 1200 km long (SGM, 2016).
Guerrero is covered by this gold belt from the Northwest and Southeastern part of Guerrero State.
San Gabriel is located on the eastern part of that belt, and this presentation will show evidence of high-grade precious metals on the project.
A prime example of our geological explorers expertise in action
The San Gabriel project exemplifies our ability to identify and develop high-grade silver deposits in underexplored regions. Located in the prolific Guerrero Gold-Silver Belt, this project showcases exceptional mineralization characteristics.
Multiple veins with >1 kg/t Ag over mineable widths
NE-SW trending corridor with high-grade shoots
Historical production of 5 g/t Au from 6,000 tonnes
Only surface mineralization exploited to date
Our geological team targets multiple mineralization styles to maximize discovery potential
High and intermediate sulfidation epithermal veins with exceptional silver grades
CRD-type mineralization with significant base metal credits enhancing project economics
Deep exploration targets with potential for large-scale copper-gold-silver deposits
Multiple high-priority targets ready for drilling
Led by industry veterans with proven track records of major discoveries
